By receiving the service, the customer acknowledges and accepts the terms and conditions of liability set out below.

   All parked vehicles remain the responsibility of their owners, and the company bears no liability for them.

2. 02

   The company bears no liability for any damage or injury resulting from brake failure, a mechanical or electrical fault, or any other defect in the vehicle.

3. 03

   Any accident will be handled through the insurance company unless the customer wishes to repair the vehicle elsewhere; in such cases, compensation for the repair cost is paid to the vehicle owner only after the insurance agent’s approval, and the insurance agent determines the amount.

4. 04

   In the event of an accident involving the customer’s vehicle, no replacement vehicle will be provided.

5. 05

   In the event of an accident involving a rented vehicle, the company will not bear the cost of renting a replacement vehicle during the repair period, and the company will contact the customer directly only.

6. 06

   For any accident caused by a valet driver to the customer’s vehicle, the company will not bear related expenses and fees, including but not limited to hotel / accommodation, restaurant / food and beverages, transport / taxi fares, and/or any other living costs.

7. 07

   The company is not responsible for items and belongings left in the vehicle.

8. 08

   The ticket expires at the end of the official working hours of the site.

9. 09

   This ticket is the proof used to verify the customer’s claim to the vehicle.

    Please keep your ticket with you at all times.

    The customer must request the vehicle 15 minutes before departure to ensure it is safely prepared at the selected gate.

    The customer will receive a text message notifying them that the vehicle is ready at the requested gate.

    All claims must be submitted before the vehicle leaves the site.
